• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery takes 3–5 business days across India after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to courier delays.
• We currently ship within India only.

💸 Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Mitch India.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important:

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Reverse pickup/shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
