7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window only in the event that:

You receive a defective or damaged product.

You receive an incorrect item.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at stateofmitch@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect or incorrect item.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
Please note:

The cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange will be borne by the customer.

Products sent back without prior approval or without contacting us first will not be accepted.

The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
No Return & No Refund Policy
All purchases made through our store are final. We maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
We do not offer refunds for:
